Cancelling individual bookings:

• free of charge up until 24 hours before arrival
• after this time, 80% of the value outstanding is payable

Cancelling group bookings:

• Free up to 30 days before arrival
• From 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the value outstanding payable
• From 14 to 8 days before arrival: 75% of the value outstanding payable
• From 7 days before arrival: 100% of the value outstanding payable

Bookings must be cancelled over the telephone or in writing. For specific individual cases, please refer to the latest reservation confirmation for the conditions of cancellation.
